The guest of honor then made his way to the recently opened Tourist Information Centre (TIC) at the Arrival Hall. This centre is managed by the Association of Travel Agents of Brunei (ATAB) with the support of Brunei Tourism Board, Department of Civil Aviation. The main focus of the centre is to provide extensive information on Brunei as well as to promote local places of interest, stays in hotels or homestays, events and activities to the tourists or locals in the airport.
