A.Ayam Restaurant recently introduced over 20 dishes to their menu during their relaunching event that included cheesy fries, sweet and savoury chicken, milky buns, snow buns and tom yum noodles.
According to Marcus Tan, a representative of A.Ayam Restaurant, the casual restaurant is known best for its chicken, where unlike most establishments is broasted rather than fried to create a juicier and less oily dish. Its use of specific herbs and spices gives off a unique taste that produces a quality dish.
Marcus mentioned that A.Ayam restaurant mostly features South East Asian flavours that came from their own recipes. From the newly added items, the establishment recommends their twist of the classic iced lemon tea, made with fresh lemons.
“Our food are reasonably priced and high quality as we believe that everyone should have access to high-quality food,” mentioned Marcus.
A.Ayam first opened in 2002 in Bengkurong and they decided to rebrand in 2018 with a new logo and redesigned their Bengkurong branch with a refreshed menu featuring mostly Asian cuisine.
“Back in 2002, we opened the restaurant after realising that family recipes entice the local community in Brunei. After more than 16 years in the business, we decided to rebrand in 2018 with a new logo to be more fitting to the current times,” said Marcus
With the new look, A.Ayam will be hoping to expand further than one branch in Bengkurong either locally or internationally. The company had joined various expos in Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia, that will hopefully improve the brand image and help to expand the business further.
